Big Data Secrets from Ford, Barclays and Morgan Stanley

Michael is the Leader for the Predictive Analytics group in Research and Advanced Engineering at Ford.  He specializes in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Text Mining, and Information Retrieval to improve business processes across the enterprise.

Peter Memon – Director Data Analytics, Barclays Capital

As the global head of data mining/visualization at Barclays, Peter has built a highly successful global team that is responsible for all data mining, visualizations, “Big-Data” and predictive analytics across the credit and rates businesses.  His team has won several awards for innovation including the 2012 CIO, FICC awards and the 2013 Composite/Cisco Data Virtualization Champion award.

Vikram Vatsalan – Executive Director, Morgan Stanley

Vikram is a seasoned Analytics executive who has worked on large scale project at Citigroup, McKinsey and now Morgan Stanley.  He currently oversees Big Data and Predictive Analytics Implementation for Wealth Management and was a really early adopter of Hadoop and Big Data Analytics technologies like Alpine
